“The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the main entrance to Petra. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We had breakfast included, and it was delicious with a great variety of options. After spending hours walking through Petra, coming back to the hotel and relaxing in the refreshing rooftop pool and jacuzzi was the perfect way to end the day. Before arriving, we had some doubts about which hotel……

“The front desk staff were very friendly, offering welcome juice and fruit upon check-in. Our room had a mountain view, which was beautiful at night. The breakfast selection was very diverse, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the Petra entrance. Highly recommended accommodation.”

“When we got to the hotel, it was closed. We were asked to proceed to the Movenpick. We got good rooms and the location near the city and the entrance to the Old sites is amazing. The only thing we didnt like about the hotel was the cold pool. Ambient was 23, temperature of water was 25. So there was heating but everyone in the pool was shivering. Hotel was nice”

“This resort looks like a Hollywood movie set of an ancient city. The bed was super comfortable and big. The rooms were spacious. The staff was very accommodating and the food was excellent. It was a true 5-star experience in Wadi Musa.”

“Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready……

“We received a free upgrade upon arrival, which was nice and appreciated. Our room was clean and very spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel - the service was great! The chef came out to ask if we were happy with everything. He did so again the next morning for our breakfast. I can’t say enough about the service!”

“Had an amazing stay during the 2 nights stay here during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. There is a newly opened Italian restaurant called Oliva which is so good and it only cost below JOD15 for two people.”
